GFirst LEP

GFirst LEP has just over 25 members of staff who are all generally office based. The organisation wanted to support employees to take a healthier approach during the working day using practical steps. 

David Owen, Chief Executive, explains that the Healthy Workplace team provided lots of support and practical measures without impacting the day to day operation of the organisation. David's advice to any organisation thinking about adopting a Healthy Workplace programme is to get on and do it, the boost to staff morale is just one of the positive outcomes.
